You May Soon be able to Have your Streaming Movie and your Theater Popcorn too!

More people are staying home to watch movies on streaming networks like Netflix and Disney+. It's a new habit born out of the pandemic and it doesn't seem to be slowing down or changing any time soon.

Theater chains like AMC are feeling the pinch so now it's come up with a way to make some profit even though you are enjoying those movies in the comfort of your home.

Popcorn is a real money-maker for theaters and now  AMC plans to start selling it's popcorn at retail stores and not just it's theaters.  The AMC-branded popcorn will be microwave (of course!) and the theater chain is also working to partner with food delivery services to make it's popcorn a take-out option.

Does Orville Redenbacher have anything to worry about?  We shall see!
